ICC Afghanistan, Conference on Arbitration

The full day ICC Afghanistan Arbitration Conference which is a Public Private Dialogue on Arbitration is the first ever conference on Arbitration in Afghanistan in close cooperation with the government of Afghanistan. The conference also witnesses discussion the critical topics on Arbitration and highlight the barriers that Arbitration faces in Afghanistan. In addition to that, the conference is designed in a Public Private Dialogue manner, where the private sector will give recommendations to the government of Afghanistan on strengthening the use of Arbitration in Afghanistan. Moreover, the conference focuses on how arbitration can play a vital role in attracting foreign direct investments which will positively affect the economic growth of the country.
